*Update – Victim Identified* State Police Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Crash in Laurel

The Delaware State Police have identified 41-year-old Richard Housel, of Laurel, Delaware, as the man who died in the fatal pedestrian crash Saturday nigh in Laurel.
The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this crash. Investigators are asking anyone with video footage or information relevant to the crash to contact Master Corporal K. Argo at (302) 703-3264. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) 847-3333.
